Nice - but could be improved

My "head" is prone to coming off the Oral-B base unit. It is just not clicking on as firmly as the original Oral-B unit.
Also, for some reason, the little ope window on the front of the unit's shaft occasionally catches ("nips") my lip's skin. The opening seems exactly the same size on an original head. So am not sure what that is about. Otherwise - happy to help by buying such units as it is about the overall, not the small-scale.
